You can try travelocity.com or cheaptickets.com. I also found a site59.com that does only weekend flights for really cheap and you can only book them within 2 weeks of your dates of travel. So if you want to do a last minute trip this is the place to go.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the cheapest to fly on. Check different seasons to see if you can get better rates. Keep an eye out for special deals, most are unadvertised, so it helps to frequently check the websites.
